Question: I purchased a puzzle pack, but I cannot play the puzzles. What should I do?
Solution: When purchasing a puzzle pack, the puzzles should become available immediately in the app.
If you cannot access your puzzles, try the following:
- Restarting your computer. In some cases the changes are not reflected on your system, and a system restart usually fixes it.
- Check if your credit card was charged and whether you received a confirmation email from Windows Store team regarding the purchase.
- If your credit card was not charged, or you did not receive a confirmation email, the transaction was not successful. In this case, you should contact Windows Store team about it.
