Purchased puzzle packs are not displayed

Occasionally, Microsoft Store causes missing puzzle packs.

The puzzle packs are not lost and you will be able to continue playing the game.

Try the following solutions:

Solution Explanation
 #1 On the Start Page click on Help -> Restore purchases.
 #2 Restart your computer then try again.
3 Reset the Microsoft Store cache.1. Close Jigsaw Puzzle Frenzy

2. Press Windows key + R

3. Type wsreset

4. Microsoft Store will open. Search for Jigsaw Puzzle Frenzy in the Microsoft Store

5. Once you find Jigsaw Puzzle Frenzy in the Microsoft Store tap on Open

 #4 Run this troubleshooter:https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/4027498/windows-run-the-troubleshooter-for-windows-apps.
 #5 Attempt to purchase a pack that you already purchased.Make sure you are logged in with the same account that worked in the past and initiate a product purchase.

At this point Microsoft Store will recognize you have already purchased the product and it will unlock it.

However, if you are asked to pay again, cancel the process.

3. Tap on Windows, Office and other Microsoft apps & subscriptions

4. Tap on Chat online with a Microsoft Answer Tech
