Customer Experience Manager

We are looking for an enthusiastic team member to help us expand our user base, build user engagement and increase our revenue.

Expanding our user base

We plan to dominate the Windows Store ecosystem casual game space. Our games portfolio includes puzzle games, games for kids, trivia games and word games. To support our efforts, we need a social media guru to build a vibrant community around our games. Constant learning, brainstorming and changes are expected.

Building user engagement

Maintaining our online community and engaging with our customers over several channels is like to lighting a fire with damp tools on a rainy day: it takes extraordinary dedication, brilliant techniques and attention to details. We treat each player with care and we believe their satisfaction is the only way to guarantee our success. We are looking for a likeminded team member to engage with our user base on a daily basis.

Increase our revenue

To support our mission and reach ALL casual game players on Windows we have to generate sustainable levels on revenue. We believe we can reach our targets with a combination of paid products and advertising. If you are passionate about revenue generation and have a ton of ideas and experiments in mind that we can try, you could be the right fit for the role.

While the above tasks describe our current expectations for the role, we believe in constant change as the main driver of our business.
